The Butcher's Fancy prides itself in the preparation
of homemade meats: sausages, rashers, pudding, boiling bacon, Irish hams, corned spare ribs and old-fashioned barrel
corned beef. The store bakes pastries, such as shepherd's pie, steak-and-kidney pie, steak-and-mushroom pie,
chicken pot pie, Scottish meat pies, Cornish pastries and sausage rolls.

Proprietor Oliver Charles relies upon 30+ years of experience in the butcher
trade. He has refined his craft at several businesses throughout Ireland and New York City.
